Head Judge - Claire de Lune of Claire's Kitchen at le Salon Celebrity Judge - Anna Polyviou, Executive Pastry Chef at the Shangri-La Hotel Community Judge - Colin Paull of Belloccio Cafe Ristorante Hosted by Aunty Mavis and Cruello de Vil. Cool Funky Groovy tunes from DJ Mark Alsop. Performances by Felicity Frockaccino and burlesque artist Miss Bellissima, AND special guests Bob Downe and Cindy Pastel! We love a little competition. And we really love cake. Keen professional and amateur bakers alike are invited to enter the competition for this year's 28th Bake Off event. Bake your hearts out and keep our Halloween theme in mind - there's a range of categories you just might be interested in. We have some incredibly talented judges to then taste and rate each cake - awarding winners where they see fit. Already know you're the best of the best? Prove it! Can't cook to save your life?
