I wanted to personally share a New Year’s Eve event I’m genuinely excited about.
I’m honoured (and very excited) to be returning as resident DJ for New Year’s Eve with Points of Difference Travel and Events – this will be my ninth time on the decks with them, and it’s always one of the highlights of my year. I’m also thrilled to be joined once again by DJ Nate, bringing the energy and keeping the dance-floor moving all night long.
This year, the event is at a spectacular new venue. The Wharf Restaurant and Bar at Walsh Bay is a beautifully refurbished, intimate waterfront space with some of the clearest, closest fireworks views in Sydney. There are multiple fireworks barges directly in front of the venue, plus views of the Harbour Bridge, which makes midnight pretty unforgettable.
The night itself is a six-hour, all-inclusive celebration featuring elevated canapés and food stations, premium beverage service, DJs, queer performers, and of course the incomparable and fabulously furry Frock Hudson, bringing his signature camp cabaret queerness to the night.
